Mum's Hanbok

Photographic series
Date: 2012 - ongoing.

Just before my mother passed away in 2012, I decided to start photographing her belongings. But rather than simply documenting, I found myself staging pictures. By adding lighting to convey a mood and combining objects together, I created a visual dialogue between them. This is an ongoing project, which I hope to turn into a book someday.
